Haruto

Haruto is a member of Chiba's gang. He is extremely self-confident. He admires Chiba, but has his eyes set on surpassing him someday. Haruto wishes to be a Sieger and eventually the leader of their clan.

Haruto is adept at using throwing weapons. He has four throwing knives and a tree-cutting axe which he uses in battle.

He may or may not wish to become hokage.
